How to make Nawabi Navaratna Chatney aka Mixed Fruit chatney

Hello dear friends,
                           How are you all? Today I made a Special recipe of a delicious chatney straight from nawabi kitchen. Exited? Me too. nine types of fruits with different combination of sweet and sour taste, royal spices, fragrance of groundnut paste makes this chatney truely royal. eat one spoon and your imagination will take you to the rich land of kings and queens. i suggest you make this chatney in weekends so that you can relish it without hurry. And friends if you want to preserve this chatney for about a week ( which you can surely do because as the fruits ferment in the rich sause they taste even better ) then you can add a pinch of citric acid to it..we are going to finish this in 2-3 days so didn't added citric acid.
  
 To make this chatney you need,
Apple diced into small cubes -1 cup
Tomato cubes-1cup
Pomogranate- 1 cup
Deseeded chopped dates- 1 cup
Chopped mango - 1 cup
 Raisins- 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup
Pear- 1 pear chopped into small cubes
Grapes - 1cup
Salt - a pinch
Fenugreek powder- 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Bay leaf- 1 big or 2 small
Roasted sesame seeds- for garnishing
Groundnut paste- 50 gms
Mace powder - 1tsp
cardamom powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp 
Oil- 1tsp
